Retaining Cryptographic Control When Agentic AI Accelerates PQC Migration

AI coding agents can speed up development, but they can also introduce cryptographic sprawl by embedding algorithms, key references and provider choices directly into applications. This can make cryptography harder to govern and future migration more complex.

The session will explore how organisations can use AI in PQC migration while keeping cryptographic decisions centrally governed. Guillaume will discuss policy-bound interfaces, CI/CD guardrails and intent-level APIs, alongside practical approaches to migration planning and evidence collection.
