Related to digital signatures
The term CAdES stands for CMS Advanced Electronic Signatures. The Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS) provides a framework for digitally signed documents. CAdES (CMS Advanced Electronic Signatures) shares almost all aspects in common with XAdES, in terms of its security properties (and how it is maintained) but with one big difference - CAdES is intended to be deployed only in the use case of signing binary data.
This demo shows how Cryptomathic Signer leverages strong authentication to deliver user-friendly and legally binding digitally signed transactions over the web.
