Product Manager Mobile Application Security and ISO/CEN Privacy/Security Standards Expert

Jan is Cryptomathic’s Product Manager responsible for Mobile Application Security Core development. He is also active in Swedish Institute for Standards (SIS) privacy and a security standards expert contributing to develop new EUDI standards.

Outside work he is Rotary Youth district chair for 1-year and summer exchange program in Sweden giving high school children opportunity to learn about different cultures and gaining experience for life.  “They are our future leaders.”

Jan has an enviable history of standards development across multiple industries, including telecoms, media streaming, privacy enhancing technology and EUDI wallets. Jan and his team of experts at Cryptomathic craft mobile protection solutions that deliver the highest levels of security by design.

Jan is a leading presence in global ISO and CEN privacy and security standardisation, also sitting as an active member of the Swedish Institute for Standards. Jan's CEN standards work will lead to disclosure clarity of personal data in eIDAS2 and other digital wallets. Jan has also ensured that privacy has been at the forefront of EU Digital Identity Wallets development, participating in several EU NGI funded grants (eSSIF-labs, ONTOCHAIN and TRUSTCHAIN).
